How many celebrity articles, or headlines have you seen in relation to weight? In the world of celebrities it seems everyone wants or has a child. Then they lose weight, and not just a little, but all of it! How do these celebrity mothers do that you might ask? Simple, they follow exactly the same routine any nutritionist or weight loss guru is going to tell them. They read the same books as you and they eat the same type of food. Granted, they may have a personal trainer, but with a little hard work you won't need one!
So lets get started!
Celebrities usually have really hectic schedules. They're either working, socializing, or taking some time out with their significant others. So it shouldn't come off as a surprise that they use their breastfeeding time to lose weight. You see, breastfeeding is probably one of the easiest ways to begin losing baby fat. It requires a lot of time and a ton of calories. The match is perfect. Not only will you be spending time with your little bundle of joy, but you'll also begin to lose weight by just feeding them!
After you have healed and you can walk and run without a problem start getting active. I can't stress this point enough! Some mothers will begin getting lazy. Attending to the baby for every little thing. That’s fine, but you have to get out of the house. Start setting up playdates with other mothers, take your baby to a yoga class, learn what you can do with your newborn!
Activity is important for a new mother. So is your nutrition. If you are like most new mommies then you probably didn't consume any soda, candy, or too much junk food. So naturally you probably have pigged out a bit, but you sure didn't harm the kid with your horrible eating habits during the pregnancy. So why stop? Continue eating good and nutritious food. It is a big plus if you can cut out coffee and soda from your diet, as well as any synthetic type of food. Eating healthy and being active in conjunction with breastfeeding will have you losing baby fat in no time at all!
Once you have your nutrition up to standard, as well as an active lifestyle you can start moving on. Next you should start exercising. Notice how I said “you should”. You will not deny your body the exercise that it needs to function properly, maintain a healthy structure, and above all help you lose weight. Exercising is the main thing you must do. I know what you're thinking. After all you just did have a baby and you want “me” to exercise! You must think I'm crazy, but I'm not. You know just as well as I do that exercising is a must and there isn't anyway to get around it.
Lucky for you, you aren't stuck with the normal exercise routines. There are plenty of workouts on the market today that will help you lose your baby fat in a fun, but aggressive routine. |
